Refund policy

يمكن إرجاع المنتجات بعد المعينة فقط اي قبل الدفع ويجب تبليغنا بذلك وعندها سوف يتم دفع فلوس الشحن فقط. يمكن إرجاع المنتجات التي تم تلقيها تالفة أو معيبة أو مستخدمة أو ينقصها أجزاء أو لا تتطابق مع المنتج الموصوف في نفس يوم الاستلام ، واي ضمان يكون علي ماكينة الساعة فقط وإذا حدث اي عطل خلال فترة الضمان للماكينة يتم تسليم الساعة إلينا ونقوم بإصلاحها بدون دفع اي مصاريف ومن ثم يتم إرجاع الساعة للعميل .. وغير متاح الاستبدال او استرجاع الساعة خلال فترة الضمان المذكورة لكل ساعة. إلا أنه توجد سياسات أو متطلبات مختلفة لبعض المنتجات.

لن تتم معالجة طلبات الإرجاع إلا في الحالات التالية:

• المنتج غير تالف.
• لا يختلف المنتج عما تم شحنه إليك.
• يتم إرجاع المنتج بنفس الحالة التي كان عليها عند استلامه (مع صندوق أو تغليف العلامة التجارية/ الشركة المصنعة الأصلي، وإذا كان ذلك ممكنًا، أي دليل مستخدم وبطاقة الضمان وجميع الملحقات).

Products can only be returned after the specified date (i.e. before payment), and we must be notified, in which case only the shipping cost will be charged. Products received that are damaged, defective, used, missing parts, or do not match the description can be returned on the same day of receipt. Any warranty is only for the watch mechanism. If any malfunction occurs during the warranty period, the watch will be returned to us, and we will repair it at no cost, after which the watch will be returned to the customer. Exchanges or returns are not available during the warranty period specified for each watch. However, different policies or requirements may apply to certain products.

Returns will be processed only if:

• The product is not damaged.
• The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
• The product is returned in the same condition as when it was received (with the original brand /manufacturer box or packaging and, if applicable, any user manual, warranty card, and all accessories).
